Balance of System - Mounting/framing/tilt frames/optimizers/cables

After setting up the string design, you can go to the balance of system (BoS) view:

Open

Mountings/mounting kits/tilt frames

To apply mounting kits or tilt frames, go to the “Mount” tab of the BoS view (note that the mounting component may not show any items to select if you don’t have them in your inventory. Check this page for help with setting up inventory items and mounting kits Inventory pricebook management | Mounting Kits):

Optimiser/optimizer

Go to the “Optimise” tab to select an optimiser and optionally set the module mismatch value (you will need to import the optimisers from the product library to your inventory before being able to select them)

DC isolator and cables

Select DC isolators and set up cable lengths as needed in their respective sections:

AC isolators, energy meters, monitors, and cables

Go to the Solar & Battery Designer view > add AC isolators and adjust AC cables in their respective sections. (click and open the inverter string design to view the AC isolator/monitor section):
