2 phase cable calcs not displaying on SLD (in testing, pending release) ST-2119
BESS / All-in-ones that are added on the Solar & Battery Design page do not behave as expected.
For now, please add All-in-one inverter and battery units on the Map page.
Map
Sometimes the Proposal Map image has blue surface lines / panels are not in the right place
This occasionally happens with users who have a wide screen external monitor. For the time being, please capture the image on your primary monitor / with a browser window that is of regular dimensions.
Install
Site Map not updating / saving sometimes
Please click the camera icon to capture the image, and wait while the orange bar across the top of the page reaches all the way across to show that it has finished saving. (in testing, pending release) ST-2122
Serial number upload not working for some system configurations
Please save serial numbers as .pdf and upload at the bottom of the commissioning page or copy and paste into the form then hit Save. ST-2008
Admin / Business Settings
Some Business and User settings cannot be viewed / updated
Most areas are now fixed. If you need something changed and cannot, please contact Support and we will do it for you, eg:
Edit profile pic, add finance plan, templates.

Contact address cannot be updated (please update the Site address on the Energy page for now) ST-2613
