Map
Uploaded drone image or building plan can’t be rotated smoothly. ST-2130
Please note the desired azimuth, click re-bind image, and type in azimuth. ST-2130
Sometimes the Proposal Map image has blue surface lines / panels are not in the right place
This occasionally happens with users who have a wide screen external monitor. For the time being, please capture the image on your primary monitor / with a browser window that is of regular dimensions.
Install
Site Map not updating / saving sometimes
Please click the camera icon to capture the image, and wait while the orange bar across the top of the page reaches all the way across to show that it has finished saving. (in testing, pending release) ST-2122
Serial number upload not working for some system configurations
Please save serial numbers as .pdf and upload at the bottom of the commissioning page or copy and paste into the form then hit Save. ST-2008
Quote
Some PDF files added to the inventory are not accessible, eg Custom Warranty PDFs and manuals, Saved proposal PDFs .
The data is not lost, just not visible or editable, and is still included in proposals. Please contact support if you need to replace a datasheet or warranty doc, don’t upload a new one (in testing, pending release)ST-2638
Subsidies look like expenses on edit quote page
Please note that they are being calculated correctly and appear correctly on customer view. ST-2086
Admin / Business Settings
Some Business and User settings cannot be viewed / updated
Most areas are now fixed. If you need something changed and cannot, please contact Support and we will do it for you, eg:
Add profile pic, add supplier, add finance plan, templates.
CRM
Can’t Handoff a new contact that doesn't yet have a draft quote
In the meantime, please create a draft quote, then handoff. ST-2011
Contact address cannot be updated (please update the Site address on the Energy page for now) ST-2613

Invoice
Invoices do not itemise individual payments or list payment history details - payments appear as 1 lump sum (in testing, pending release) ST-2125
Can’t edit payment due dates on invoice
For now, please edit payment terms on the Edit Quote page, delete the invoice and then recreate invoice the invoice. If the payment due date is dependent on the Installation date, please be sure to update the Installation date on the Install page. ST-2243.
