QUOTE WORKFLOW

Quote Launch page

Creates contact record and quote, then offers various workflow pathways including:

Quick Quote - add Bill total only to set tariff and consumption profile based on tariff defaults (set in User > Design view) to allow the Energy view to be skipped and immediate Design layout.

QUOTE NAVIGATION

Direct links to almost every view for a contact with workflow navigation sub-menu links and one-click Contact CRM access

Contact Sidebar Briefcase to duplicate, switch between quote variations, reassign jobs, change statuses and more

ENERGY

Quick Tariff / Load Calculator - Option to add custom Bill Total together with single period grid and export rate to create tariff and calculate average daily consumption at the same time. Note: the quick tariff form does NOT update with your entered rates if you reload the page - it will return to default values, click the tariff edit button to see the actual tariff rates saved.

DESIGN

Combined surface and design dialog that is interactive with the panel layout.

Green sizing indicators per tracker to show match of string configuration and panel layout.

3D panel layout views - after clicking 3D icon, hold Control key and use mouse/trackpad to move view around the building. Surface base edge height is set in the surface editor.

INSTALL WORKFLOW

Risk Management

Adds details including: nearest hospital, risk matrix, additional text fields, selection of installers/team members required to sign off on the plan, Sign off by team members. (PDF version printout to follow)

SLD Editing

You can now add text notes and place them anywhere on the SLD to highlight and add extra information about component specifications or variations.

Commissioning

Cleaner and more user-friendly commissioning form

Prompts for upload of common images required in commissioning process
