Email Authentication

To help get your account set up for sending emails and quotes, we will need to configure things to ensure that your quotes and proposals do not get blocked or end up in the spam folder of your customers. This requires some settings in your domain DNS records to confirm that any email coming from SolarPlus is verified as being legitimately from you.

As we use SendGrid for sending and tracking emails, you will need to enable this by getting your email hosting provider (for example, GoDaddy, Rackspace, or Cloudflare) to update the DNS records for your domain. We don't have the ability to modify your DNS records. Please follow the steps below for this:

  1. Email support@solarplus.co asking for Sendgrid domain records

  2. We will send you a link to the Sendgrid records

  3. Please ask your email hosting provider to add the domain records as per the instructions available at the link from step 2 (this process generally only takes a few minutes)

  4. Once the records have been added, please let us know as there is another step required to verify this from our end

  5. We will verify the records and send a reply for confirmation
