  1. Start a new quote - enter customer name and address (or if they are an existing customer, search for them in the Contacts page and create a new quote from within their customer entry)

  2. Select Quick Quote. Enter any bill total amount.

  3. Skip the energy and design pagesDesign and go to the Pricing page > Edit quote tab

  4. Add any line inventory items required to the quote, such as labour, parts, etc. Adjust payment terms and finance options as needed.

  5. Send quote tab - select Quote PDF Only

  6. Click Email quote (or go back to the View Quote tab and download the short quote pdf. )On the Reports > Sales page, select the Price Only (no design) template

  7. Go to the Send page.

  8. Adjust the email content as required, and select the Proposal PDF: Price Only (no design).

  9. Click Send Email.
